how did you manage such SMOOTH shades with charcoal?!?
I am very glad you like it, since you are so good at such portraits
For using my charcoal, I had a rough paper, such that the texture allows me to do a lot of nuances. This is the kind of paper that makes easy to smudge the charcoal, so I need to use fixative afterwards.
